I purchased a NOS DVD rom version of dead space 2 collector's edition. I used REDEEM CODE on the EA website. The EA App said that it accepted the code. When I try to start the game, it will not start, and my old Dead Space 2 Standard edition code still shows up under properties. I really need some help to install the collector's edition of dead space 2.

If you check your library in the EA app, are you able to download the game from there? If not, do you see any error messages?
Yes, Dead Space 2 is in the library but when I click on the game, I notice that it says standard edition owned. So, even though the EA app accepted my code for the collector's edition, it only shows standard edition. I need someone to delete the standard edition and help me install the collector's edition with my code.
