Completely Broken Game

I just got the Dead Space remake on Gamepass and am currently playing on the Series X.

I first encountered something weird in chapter 6, where stuff such as enemies, collectibles, and ammo would either not spawn, or fall through the floor. This only occurred in the Medical area and close by regions, like the security area. 

I decided to just move on with the story, which seemed good because the game went back to normal for a few chapters.

And then chapter 10 happened. I got the master security override and started going back for stuff that I missed. There was one collectible, the last line gun upgrade that wouldn't spawn in. Well, guess what? It spawns in the medical area near cryogenics. Oh well, I'll get it in NG+, I'll continue on with the story. I get to where the Zero-G basketball area is, and nothing spans in again. No items, no ammo, no collectibles, and the basketballs don't spawn in so I can play the game.

Great, I'm done, I'll just save and quit. I save, I reload the save, and now my save doesn't load, it's just a black screen with random noises occurring intermittently. My game has just completely busted.

I am not willing to start a new game either. This is just flat out ridiculous, the game came out 8-9 months ago and this problem still occurs. I read I'm not the only one who faces this issue either. It's a shame too, I was really looking forward to playing this.

I made an account just to report and complain. I won't be playing this game again unless this bug gets fixed in the near future.
