DAMAGE SUPPORT ISN'T INCREASING WEAPONS DAMAGE STAT

I noticed that the "Damage Support" attachment ins't increasing the weapons damage stat. Because of that, lots of people are suspecting that this attachment ins't working properly and feel the need of replacing it for other damage inflicting ones, like "Fire Gaze" and "Electric Charge".

P.S. I don't know if these things are related, but I also noticed that the "Full Zoom Scope" is increasing the damage stat of any weapon that is placed on, what seemed weird to me, since it says nothing about that at the descryption.
