Dead space 2 limited edition now only plays a trial of dead space extraction.

Having brought the dead space 2 limited edition from new when it first came out I downloaded the dead space extraction game on the disc and was able to play the full game as stated on the box.  Howev...

I should also mention I have registered the online pass and this is only the second time I have installed the game.
