Dead Space 2 old boxed game

I have a Dead Space 2 BOX, version with the Plasma Cutter Toy and Extra EVO suit and weapon in game.

All was working and i finished the game when i bought it. 

"WAS" working when there was no EA APP and now it is crap. 

Can't run my DS2 because i can install the game through app, but when i run the game it crashes, and shows a screen to buy the game.

I found a solution on the EA forum's it is a problem of the key that was added to the game, EAAPP doesn't recognize the key and a new one needs to be generated. 

The support keeps validating my account, and then the do something/nothing and they say that it will now work for sure. 

And again I open the case and gues what?

I can keep that up, and i know that new game is cheap but now i'am sure I should not give up

Any solution for that crapp support?

I know how to repair the game it's just the case of generating a new kay for a game i already paid for? But what to do with that support because it basicly does nothing...

  • 1. Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) 

    ad. 1 YES I did it more than once, also each time a support was on chat

    2. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 

    ad. 2 YES also instaled it on 3 different computers

    3. Connection and Advance Connection Guides 

    ad. 3 Nothing is blocked, have many other games and they work, don't give me this crap of solution

    4. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

    ad. 4 YES, but there is non other app blocking 

    5. Run the System File Checker toolthen Check for Windows and GPU updates  

    ad. 5 YES, all is up to date 

    6. Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

    ad. 6 YES, done that already also recomended by support

    God i'am tired of this, and for starters i have given you a solution, but you are here not to solve any problem but to create an ilusion of support. 

    The key from the box does not work well with the APP, in the log of that crap there is information about the key not being recognized 

    but no one listens, check the post there once was a guy in the support that was able to solve problems.

    If you still are unable to activate Dead Space 2 or 3 on your PC please let us know the following:

     

    • Platform (Steam, EA app):
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • EA app Error ID Number

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
