Dead Space 2 removed for no reason

Hi, I just wanted to know why Dead Space 2 was removed from my account. The message says it was for no reason. I got it in 2022 from Amazon Prime Gaming. Anybody else with such a problem?

@EA_Illium  Hi, im having the same issue of the rest, but i can't see the game in my library, and if i look for it, it list with the option to buy it

here i send the info that u ask:

  • Platform (or client): EA APP
  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): LuciFeryoN
  • Do you play via EA play, or did you purchase a copy of DS2? i purchase a copy of DS2
  • i attached the screenshot and dxdiag
  • Error ID number: 3938ce1b-6a77-4e32-997b-5668ca0d537d
