Dead Space 2 removed for no reason

Hi, I just wanted to know why Dead Space 2 was removed from my account. The message says it was for no reason. I got it in 2022 from Amazon Prime Gaming. Anybody else with such a problem?

Edit: I can install the game and run it, but I only tested if it works.
