Dead Space 2023 (The gameplay is not saved)

There was such a problem in Dead Space (2023) and I do not know what to do with it. On chapter 9, I stopped saving the gameplay, I find a save point and it seems to show that the save is in progress, but the process has not been saved, I have already seen how people wrote to create a backup copy of the save. My Documents folder is literally empty, there is nothing in it. I will be very glad if you help
