Dead Space (2023) Won't Install

So I've been bashing my head up against this for the last hour or so and have tried every solution I could find online from deleting the cache in app, repairing the installation through the installer, checking for updates and even changing the install directory to my games folder in the root of my C drive but nothing works and every time I try to install it it gets stuck on preparing for a couple minutes before the Can't Download box pops up again.

I've tried every fix I can find online but nothing works, it's so weird because I've installed several games through the EA app (Titanfall 2, ME etc) but this is the first time I've struck this particular issue. I hope we get a fix soon though because there's a bunch of people this is happening to.
Update: Figured it out, go to the EA app settings and click on manage under Your Profile and from there change your region settings (I changed it from New Zealand to Australia.) This is currently working for me.
