Dead Space 3 Connecting Account with Xbox LIVE

When i go to connect this game and EA with my Xbox Live it says it is already connected to a different account. I do not remember connecting to a different accound but i very well could have years ago. Can someone dissconect me from the old account and let me connect to this account so I can see my Xbox Live friends this is not fair. My xbox live ID is TreeTop3

    This is not letting me add my xbox live account so that I can see friends from xbox live while playing deadspace 3 on the PC

    Ah i am sorry i may have misunderstood what you asked for.

    It is not possible to show your xbox live friends from your xbox account when signed into origin on the pc game.
