Dead space 3 coop connection interrupted/failed to join game fix

Sorry guys if i have put this in the wrong thread

I have found fix for connection interrupted/ failed to join

1. If you somehow got connection interupted error fast go to lobby and you and your friend try to recconect

2. If he get error Failed to join both of you shut the game down

From NOW ONLY THE HOST DO THIS STEPS

3. Open the Network and Sharing Center ( search it up in control panel)

4. Change Adapter settings

5. Now your primary network which for me is Ethernet ( i connect router - PC with ethernet cable) right click and disable

6. Enable it.

That will be the permanent fix until that happend again and then do the steps again.

What causes this well while your friends and yours coop connection crashes it cannot reconnect to the modem/ router

So you must disable it and Enable router so it can connect again

PS: this fix works with me everytime i got kicked 30 minutes of playing i did the fix and then i can play AS LONG AS I WANT

wow thanks a bunch. I didn't know anybody will open this post. I'm just happy I can help other people who will in future play this awesome game.

And i have a question. Is there anyway to get to be EA supporter or comunity manager like you 🙂

Sadly this fix did not work for me and my friend. Now to add to the equation, we are on same network and tried it with just the host disabling to no avail. Then we tried it with both of us disabling our connections from the network. Again no luck. Any suggestions? We enjoyed what we could play of this game in co-op, now we have just had a month of frustration.

hmm Try both DISABLEING your windows firewall. But you need to fully disable it.
1. Go to start
2. type in windows firewall
3. open that thing (windows firewall with advanced settings)
4. you will see windows firewall properties and just turn off windows firewall for DOMAIN, PUBLIC, and PRIVATE profile.
Then just disable yours antivirus or security
If it doesn't work just say i will find you guys fix you need to finish this amazing game

No love on the disabled firewall attempt. We both disabled and still got the failed to connect. I appreciate the advice though, way more helpful than that EA_Barry guy...

Hello, we are having some issues with co-op too.
It was working fine when we have started it, but the next day when we wanted to continue...my friend keeps getting "failed to join game".
Tried everything but still no results....can someone help us with this problem?

Umm both of you try exiting your ANTIVIRUS mmaybe he is jamming your IP adress to connect to each other

In all honesty, we just gave up on this game completely. We tried other "solved" threads to no avail. I guess we are just filing this one under donated money to EA for broken hopes.

Agreed with IRLifeguard. Seriously, why is it so hard for you guys to get your own game to function properly?
