I have spent $15.90 on 2 Dlcs and it says I never purchased or even have them downloaded but took my money

From where did you purchase the DLCs?

If it was from a third party retailer, you should contact them.

No I bought Awakening and Witness of Truth pack from the Xbox store it says I bought it but It isn't showing that I have purchased them in game
