Dead Space 3 Door Sound Bug/Glitch?

This bug is game-breaking, and exactly 3 weeks have passed since release day. How hard can it be? Don't wanna do your job as game developers and fix the bug? Then just remove that specific sound, we won't miss it.

    Bunp just like every day. Door Sound Bug / Glitch STILL existing. No help in sight.
