Dead Space 3 Door Sound Bug/Glitch?

Here we go...I figured out how to PM ebastian, this was the response (asked where to find out and if they even knew), emphasis added:

I can understand why you guys are frustrated. To clarify, like in every official board, we can not always give answers until a certain point. This is mostly related to investigation processes etc.
To give you an answer, yes we "escalated" this issue to the studio. As soon as we have more information we will inform you. I would love to give you answers on everything but sadly that is not as easy as it sounds. Just as an example, it is the nature of community's (and that's not bad) that they want to get answers. But we need to be carefully with our comments, we might found a reason for the issue and are not sure about it. At the end it could be related to something totally different. Or we could comment something and everyone want to get an ETA for a fix, but we are carefully if we are not 100 % if this ETA will work out.
I keep an eye on this topic atm and wait for some valid news for you guys. Unfortunately, those info could need some time.
Last thing, you guys can surely ask for answers here from EA, but we just can't comment on everything aka must wait for the information from our investigation teams.

I finished the game so in a way I don't give a **bleep** anymore honestly, played through the entire thing with the glitch. While i can understand some of the points ebastian makes, letting this thread go to 10 pages and weeks inbetween any answer at all, even a small 3 word post saying "We're on it" would have been nice, I think most people understand game development is a very complex process and sometimes it takes time, but again, you can do a better job at informing your customers who come on here with questions and problems, and at the very least you could let people know that things are being looked at or worked on without promising ANYTHING, that would atleast calm some people and making them feel informed, I feel you owe us as much atleast.
The fact that we were and still are officially ignored(if you dont count this PM and it's info) essentially pisses people off more than the glitch probably.
