I bought dead space 3 the money has gone out of my account but it is not in my games
Same as me. Chat is not working conveniently and been waiting on the phone for over an hour... Surely EA must be aware of a problem yet still let you shell out £50 for a game you can get in a store for a lot less? Wish I just ordered it from Game instead!
If I get answered I will update on how to (hopefully) resolve!
