Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything ...

Ah rite aye, I had that with RBS before, they were suspicious if I did anything abroad or in 2 countires in one day or even the first day I got home they would block everything then phone me to tell me something I already knew! But i guess it is just fraud protection but no use for you today...

Hope you get it sorted out soon!

    Oh we'll she eventually told me to phone so I've asked for a refund, let's see if they can get that right.
