I have the same issue.
This is daylight robbery. The live chat is absolutely stupid. I spoke to someone for nearly an hour then she passed me to someone else. EA is absoluetly the worst company on the planet, when you compare their service to steam
Same issue for me too.
I've never had a problem with Origin before. It's very alarming that so many people are having this issue and yet it still isn't resolved.
I've tried the Live Chat but I never seem to get to speak to anybody.
This is all very ametuerish and not at all what I expect from a company the size of EA. I'm very disappointed and will think twice about using Origin to buy anything again. I think I'd much rather use Steam or Gamersgate in future.

10 hours later and it still not showing to download - how do I request a refund? (I can think of better things to do on the weekend)

In the live chat they told me, that the payment has not settled yet. But on my bank account its alright. So i will try to cancel my order. That was the first time i bought a game on Origin, and for sure also the last time, i never had any problems on Steam...

It took around 1 hour in the live chat (including the waiting time), I was told I would need to call them to resolve (again not something I want to do) requested refund which will take 5 to 10 days to process. They lost a sale, I don't play DS3...
