In the live chat they told me, that the payment has not settled yet. But on my bank account its alright. So i will try to cancel my order. That was the first time i bought a game on Origin, and for sure also the last time, i never had any problems on Steam...
It took around 1 hour in the live chat (including the waiting time), I was told I would need to call them to resolve (again not something I want to do) requested refund which will take 5 to 10 days to process. They lost a sale, I don't play DS3...

I was again on the livechat and they told me now that they cant do anything, also not cancel my order and I have to call the support, where i am already waiting (and paying) in the line for 15 minutes... Never again Origin

I have been waiting for 40 minutes in the telephone line without anyhing... thats 1/4 of the price of the game for nothing, just the inability of this company to sell their own products...

After 1 hour of waiting in the queue i cancelled the call and went back to the live chat. They tell you everything, like it always takes 3-5 days to process an order (a friend of me bought it at the same time and could download it immediately), that its not possible to withdraw from the purchase (Origin writes: By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 calendar days: (i) after the date of purchase if you have purchased services (such as a digital product); and (ii) after receipt where you have purchased a physical product.)
So the support is completely useless...
