Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything ...

Same, got my confirmation email, no game.

When I contacted support via live chat all I was told was that my product is still being processed and I would have to wait.

It's been a day now...
