Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything ...

I knew a 30% sale was too good to be true :C

I've had no luck getting any responses since my first chat with someone on their live chat system

    Don't bother with EA live chat, they just copy and paste answer scripts and don't look into any issues at all.


    Your best bet is EA support via phone. Don't let them fob you off with "wait a few hours - it should appear" demand that they give you a code to redeem the game or request a refund, which you're lawfully entitled to (within 14 days I believe?).

    Wish DS3 was available on Steam ☹️
