Okay, Step by Step.
To conatct Support with Email try to follow these steps:
Login into https://help.ea.com
NOW MOST IMPORTANT SELECT PRODUCT AS The Simpsons: Tapped Out
Platform: any because it is mobile game so only those option available.
Now, describe your issue in detail, provide real game name and platform there also (when describing issue), Order number and last four digit.

I think what he means is try putting Simpsons: Tapped Out in the EA Help screen (https://help.ea.com/contact-us). From there select Billing/Purchasing and then iPhone.
It'll then give you an option to email EA instead of either Chat/Forums.
You can then customise the email to be about Dead Space 3.

The chat support told me that there are no e-mail contacts or anything like this.
I dont know for how many its a problem when they cancel the payment with the creditcard, as i will never ever order again on Origin - Anonymous13 years ago

Yes it works this way with the e-mail selection. And its good that at least here is someone who knows something. But the support is really awfull, there are people sitting who dont know anything and are just giving wrong information the whole time.

DS3 is great so far.
A bit dissapointed it has taken some people so long to get this information.
Guess I was just lucky to have purchased it today when there was a fix available.

You're still one of the lucky ones, I just tried Live chat again due to phone lines ending for the night here in the UK.
The conversation was brief and all I was told was that I should call them on monday... I don't get how this support is so inconsistent! - Anonymous13 years ago

It is certainly a strange way to do it, but it is a way.
Fortunately, while I was building my case in that email I managed to get through the Live Chat.
If you manage to get through the Live Chat the first obstacle that you will find is the " your order hasn't got through yet".
Has I had bought Crysis 3 toghether with Dead Space 3 and Crysys 3 was downloaded and ready to play they quickly put me through another department that solved my situation (it woud be impssible to only have half of the order going through and the other still waiting).
If you guys manage to go into Live Chat my advice is try to prove that this is not a " your order hasn't got through yet", or try to press to move into another department.
Himanshu, the advisor that help me and others -as I found in previous posts- solve this situation and said that they are aware of this problem. He said that he would post a reference of my conversation with him. I've also asked for an email for us ,but he said that the servers were temporarily down so the only way to contact them would be by phone ( only available during the day) or by patiently wait for a live chat.
