DS3 is great so far.
A bit dissapointed it has taken some people so long to get this information.
Guess I was just lucky to have purchased it today when there was a fix available.

You're still one of the lucky ones, I just tried Live chat again due to phone lines ending for the night here in the UK.
The conversation was brief and all I was told was that I should call them on monday... I don't get how this support is so inconsistent!

Probably because the support is just outsourced to an external company
