Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything ...

Well the game is added now and I have installed, however it looks like they have not enabled the games online features for my account - I get the message 'Either your account has been disabled or access to this game has been disabled' when I try to go into coop or any other multiplayer part of the game.

Guess I need to go back into the support queue, sigh...
