Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything ...

Another long wait in the live chat queue and this time I have been given a new code to enter through the redeem feature and my game is finally working properly. Too late to try today for me (its 2am here) but after persevering for over 4 hours my game is finally sorted out 🙂
