Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything ...

Eurghh, what about the people who don't have time to wait an hour in a phone call or live chat? This should be done manually for everyone that has the problem!
