I purchased on 17th and in my order history it shows completed. The invoice has a section showing unlock code but this is blank. The support on origin is useless, 80 mins wait on the live chat only to be closed saying unavailable, facebook msg never gets a response and just spent an hour on the phone on hold. 2 days I been trying to get my game. AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is the exact same problem IM having but for them being this big company that has all this money they can't just let someone download a game
Same problem here this is teribal i am guna try coneacting them thow phone since online call is **bleep** 10-15 minets now uh

I think I also speak for rivus and sonicflash wgen i say that this answer is not acceptible. we spend £50 on a game, make it easy by downloading (and not buying the product off the shelf which cost you packaging expenses etc) and you cant address the problem. so far on this post alone you have 3 unhappy customers, you should be contacting us to resolve this problem. i will be seeking a refund and will not use origin again

i finally cracked the ea code. i got a customer services phone number, sat on hold for an hour then spoke to a real person. after a strict security check i have the game in my games. downloading it now.
the number is 0870 243 2435
Its more than just 3 people, and its not acceptable. We should be of the highest concern and i really feel that we are not.
This has happened to me too. Silly me I thought this would be a simple process no brainer already of downloaded the game now thing, you know exactly like Steam is! To be honest exactly like any digital downloading system is ever. Unfortunately due to EA being money hungry I can not buy this game on Steam in which everything would be okay and have no issue. But anyway I thought it would be fine as my friend purchased BF3 Premium Edition a while back now digitally and that seemed to be fine. In putted details paid via Paypal and also donwloaded origin, got my paypal confirmation and then a minute later origin confirming my purchase and say to check my games. Nothing there has been over 1 hour now and still nothing, been all over the place to try and do any easy fix but unfortunately no as this whole system was crap. I knew it was crap anyway but unfortunately this is the only way you can play Dead Space 3 (Through origin) I mean if you are going to say yeah it's all good we have your money and then tell me it's there and then not give it me which doesn't seem that hard is just rediculous. I just want to play the game I paid for. I though digital download was meant to be fast and instant so I don't have to spend all that time going out buying from a shop coming back opening it putting in the code ect. but the thing is at least I would have the disk with the game and a code to play it. No code in the email and on the order history a blank box where it says unlock code? I mean come on this is the worst digital ordering system I have seen ever. And you expect to compete with Steam?

im having this problem too, i bought ds3 on the 27th feb and i still have nothing just and email with a blank space where my code should be. come on EA do you really think steam would put up with this?? i think not!
