Dead Space 3 Online Pass Missing

I had bought Dead Space 3 from amazon.com and when I opened the box it had no online pass and manual. The box was sealed and I have contacted amazon.com and they have refused for the replacement as they said that it is not thier fault that you have received a incomplete order. PLEASE HELP.....I'm starving.:manfrustrated:

Was it direct from amazon or a 3rd party site selling through Amazon? If it was a third party seller, then it is not Amazon's fault.

I just got my copy from amazon as well and i can not find the activation code as well.
