Hello again!
Just wanted to point out, I contacted the UK support online, since the german one wasn't reachable. I got through almost immediately, the advisor on the other end confirmed that I should have had the download ready today. But I gotta say, I'm still not too sure, if the advisor was a bot or not. The conversation was extremely awkward... No offense intended.
Anyway, I was just advised to call the german hotline again... Which isn't really available. So yeah, no real support from their side, unfortunately. Basically, the only hope I have left is this forum. I'm not really keen on repurchasing the game, without getting my money back, either.
Well then, Basti. I guess, I'm kind of counting on you there.

Edit: Just one thought. I ordered with Origin Store, Origin is based in UK. So maybe we'll get our game tomorrow. I really, really hope so...!

Heya everyone,
We are investigating an entitlement issue which may affect download access for some EU region 1 users. We are working towards a resolution and will update you as soon as we have more information available. Thank you for your patience.
For those of you that attempted the previous step and reported back thank you very much for trying. It could have potentially worked for those with an outdated Origin client but seeing as we identified a relation with account entitlements it will unfortunately not work in those cases.

Our team is currently implementing a fix in for this issue and affected players should be able to access Dead Space 3 by approximately 8pm EST/1am GMT. Thanks for staying tuned and being an EA player.

Well, unfortunately the problem really did remain. I just got another confirmation mail for Dead Space 3 last night, but in Origin nothing has changed. I still can't download. I appreciate your and your team's efforts and hope, there will be another way to fix the problem!
