Got the exact same problem as everyone here I guess.... and starting to ask myself why I paid money last year to _not_ be able to play a game at release. 

Note to self: Never ever preorder any EA games again!

    An total effrontery. I should walk into an shop and buy it on CD, sending the bill to EA so they pay it and keep that digital version.

      At least the US-support is replying to us. The german support seems not to work at all.
