Yeah, i know, what you mean... Just forget the german support, it's not worth trying to contact them. It's just my opinion, though. There's really no need to go spreading it around. 😉
The only things you can actually do: Contact another country's support, like UK. You will almost always reach an advisor online. Or you can call the US-Hotline via Skype, it's completely for free. Or you can count on the help of this forum. And the last option is to just rebuy it, which is the worst one, if you ask me. I've already tried the first three, but unfortunately I wasn't very successful. Maybe it will work out better for you!
