I already contacted the live chat of the uk and say to me that the preorder has been cancelled but i became an email of origin that says that i now can download dead space3 and another with the key for dead space 1 so i don`t understand whats going on there and i don´t want to buy the game a second time thats really depressing

Our team understands that some players who pre-ordered Germany's Digital Download edition of Dead Space 3 may still be affected by this issue. We're currently working to fix this problem and ensure that all Dead Space 3 customers have access to their game.

How long does the support need to fix this huge bug ?! the release was before 3 days what sort of support is this by EA ?!
