I was actually just succesful in contacting the american support via chat (under "help" just change your language to english and queue for 30min) and they were able to validate my game within 10 minutes. Downloading the game right now.
So whoever else is tired of waiting, they are really nice and helpful 🙂
Same problem here, and still persists.
I'm from Germany, too. Pre-ordered DS3 Limited Edition in january, got confirmation e-mails for DS and DS3, that I should be able to have full access.
My Origin Gamebrowser still says DS 3 hasn't been released yet and I can't download / play.
Yesterday I contacted the US Live Support - really kind and nice guy, but could't finally help me out. Suggested to wait another 24h to get the issue solved and enjoy DS3 today. But nothing changed so far. ☹️
Today i tried to contact the german live support - but no way - over 3 hours of waiting and having the final screen, which says "your approx. wait time is under 5 minutes" for over 30 minutes is quiet a mess!
Nothing happened!
now its nearly 2 full days after release. EA help us all out! You got our money, fulfill your contract!

Edit: got to the US support in a couple of minutes. Very kind and nice one there again. in a matter of a few minutes my problem could be solved. Im downloading right now. So guys, if you didn't already, contact the US support. They definetly helped me out!
