Dead Space 3 released, but I still can't download!

Ich kann vollkommen verstehen, dafs ihr gerade auf heißen Kohlen sitzt und updates wollt, beziehungsweise eure Erfahrungen austauschen. Auch wenn gerade vor allem Deutsche von diesem speziellen Problem betroffen sind, können wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur die englische Sprache unterstützen.

Wir arbeiten an unterschiedlich sprachigem Support für die Zukunft, aber ich möchte euch alle bitten eure Post nur auf Englisch zu verfassen. Dies ist jetzt kein erhobener Finger, mehr ein freundlicher Hinweis.

At this beta-stage of our "Answer HQ", support is only offered in English. We want to expand our board; it is possible that we have multi-language in future. Before we can support our heroes in several languages, please write your post in English only.

At EA Support       I think the only problem some germans have is  that they haven`t get an serial key in the confirmation e-mail of origin when DS3 was realesed ,(and in Origin they have no serial key for DS3, too)       So it is understandable that we canot download and play DS3 ,when we didn`t get an serial key for the game by Origin

Jea     the german live chat support could help me too     an i only had to wait vor 25 minutes    thats great    so contact the german live support    they will fix it

After waiting patiently for four days, in which there were two! official updates on the matter, I contacted US support.

They were able to help me, really nice and helpful.

After playing! the game for 2 hours, I log off to return on the next day, to an again grayed out Dead Space 3 icon and the massage "Not yet released".

This is beyond an issue causing costumer discomfort, this is just plain ridiculous.

Well, I don't know how, but it's suddenly fixed, as it seems. Thank god, finally.

Bought DS3 50% off yesterday and everytime I try to download it Origin stops working (German Client). The Live Chat only tells me due to technical problems I should close the window and reload the page. What the heck? I checked for Online solutions and everything that came up were people with similar problems but hardly any real help, except for the live chat, which doesn´t work. Oh and maybe some guys who actually called the hotline and came through. Anyone knows if this is a reliable method of getting this game working? I don´t want to waste any more money on a problem that´s already cost me far to much nerves.
