Dead Space first timer. Does this game hold up for all of you?

@GawgPorkChop I have to turn my brightness up a bit, when I play Dead Space, so I can see better in the darker environment. I tend to play with my brightness a little higher than "suggested" on most games, mainly because I like to be able to see in the dark corners and shadows and whatnot.

You're spot on about the original from 2008. I am currently playing through it again, and it still looks amazing to me. I cant wait to play this new version, but I'm not mad at the original, in any capacity!

I recently replayed the original to hype myself up for the remake and was pleasantly surprised how well it held up. That said, I'm glad the team took the time to make some quality of life changes based on feedback.

Crazy to think of certain technical limitations they were able to work around then

    I watched a lot of their streams. They showed off a lot of technical things that they had to change, how they compared to the original one, and what it took to overcome those. It was really cool to see the backend of how they did these that we normally do not see happen.
