Dead Space flamethrower upgrade bug
The 2nd upgrade for the flamethrower isn't appearing for me. I missed it on my first playthrough but it's hasn't spawned on my NG+. I'm on ps5. Hasn't anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it?

@deijpqrsvThis just happened to me. It’s the last thing I need for the platinum. Do I need to start a brand new game and upgrade absolutely everything? MAN I REALLY HOPE NOT!!!!
i am also on PS5 and New Game +
Happened on both initial playthrough and on NG+. On Xbox series X
