Dead space remake bug xbox series x

Dead space remake big bug i can not get past the title screen as it gets stuck on loading screen as it keeps on repeating my death sound.Any one else having this problem?  So I died on chapter 5 just after being frozen by the guy then the monster come out of the tube and kills me and then it went to loading screen and you can hear my death on repeat so I turned it off.  Then when I switched it back on the same thing happened,  I can't even get to were you can load your saves at the start of the game to load any of my save games .I have done all the stuff like deleting my cloud saves and other save and deleting the game from my xbox then reinstalled it but same thing happened. Help?
