Dead Space Remake Crashing At Launch

Hello admin/mods on this forum

could you please give us an update on when the patch will be out to fix our dead space remake crashing situation.

we pay a lot of money for these products so we expect them to work.

i never had any problems with dead space (2008) dead space 2 and dead space 3 on pc ever

so this is very frustrating i hope we get an update soon!

or at least some information on when we can expect the fix!
