Dead Space remake Ending bug PC

Has anyone else already completed Dead Space remake, and if so, have they had an issue getting the game to cycle back to the Loading screen to access the new Game plus features?

I have completed the game, ran the credit roll and then i get my items for completing it, click accept and i get a black screen with the E to access from the save console at my last save, and it just locks there. tried crashing the game and starting it up at the launch screen and get the same thing. any ideas??

I am running a 12 core AMD processor,

32 gigs of DDR 4 RAM

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 oc

game is loaded on a 2 TB HDD

Windows 11 OS. 64 bit
