Dead Space Remake PC HDR issue

Is anyone else having issues with HDR? It was working for me on launch day but somewhere during the last few patches it now is dark and dim/washed out looking for me. I even installed Windows 11 to see if it would fix it and it has the same issues. All other games work for me. Hitman 3/Spiderman/Uncharted/RDR/Horizon Zero Dawn/Destiny 2/etc.. all look phenomenal in HDR on my system, so weird.

    I’m having exactly this issue with my pc right now. Game is super dim and I can’t see a thing even with max brightness in the games settings. When I turn HDR off in settings then reboot my graphics driver (ctrl+shift+windows+b) it gets bright again but HDR is sadly no longer on.
