Dead Space Remake PC stuttering

Hi There I have played the Dead Space Remake on PC and there's a lot of stuttering in the game and I'm on the latest patch and there's still stuttering here's a video of a guy talking about the stuttering issues on PC https://youtu.be/7UwKKHmPzhg watch the video at 5 mins 3 seconds to 7 mins 59 seconds
