I did everything nothing new the problem still .
This is a global problem they put article in Intel website for this problem check it :

I think the problem from your server or files of the website dead space remake game .
As you are a manager call the steam or you manager to check the game files .
I wish to call the administration to fix the problem plz do that to help us .
