I've been having the same issue, but was able to trace it to my audio drivers. Although my Focusrite audio interface was working fine by default, the game simply wouldn't launch until I installed the official Scarlett driver and software. Posting this just in case someone is experiencing the same problem with a similar setup.

you can donwload Visual studio and windows debugger to check error code in crash dump

Nvidia overlay
Antivirus
