Dead Space Series Order of Events

I would actually like this answered by EA/Origin but all answers help, but I want to make sure it's correct because I've seen allot of people get it wrong in my research. Well compared to Wikipedia anyway.

I want to get every Dead Space (game, book, etc) story out there and want to know what the order is. Wikipedia did an ok job of allowing me to compile a list I think is correct but after researching other sites people are giving different answers. So who better to ask then the makers themselves.

So what order does the Dead Space story go in? I want it listed in chronological order and noted if it's a game or a book.
