Other people with the same problem (maybe all Spanish customers have the same problem) are changing their console location to Italian and then download the game again and it has Spanish voices and Spanish captions.
I have contacted XBOX Support via Twitter and they have answered me to contact EA to get help.
I think the problem is that there is a wrong version of the game in the Spanish Store.
