Deadspace Remake Still Broken

Just read through all 9 pages of the original forum addressing the crashing and BSOD issue with Deadspace Remake. Having found nothing of help there and seeing that the mods shut the forum down, am I to assume that EA decided to ignore a portion of their customers and just pretend it didn't happen? I bought the game on launch and have had the issue ever since. Generally just leave it uninstalled at this point but for some reason today I decided to drag it out, install it, and see if there had been a patch or any new fixes. The most recent posts I've seen on the subject were from early 2024 and they included no new news or potential fixes. I guess we can only assume that in true EA fashion, they have chosen their own best interests over those of customers who keep food in their stomachs and clothes on their backs. Once again we are swept under the rug. Truly shameful.
