Death Space 3 activation code problem

I've bought death space 3 a while ago, i've played it a lot (epic game 😛),

but suddenly I had to give the product key for a second time, off course it didn't work because the code was allready used. So i've contacted the EA support services via a chat (witch i couldn't find this time so i'll just post it here) and they solved the problem. Now I didn't played it for a while due to my finals etc, but this week I wanted to play it again but again, I had to give the product key to activate the game. So now I can't play the game anymore because I've allready used thye code.

Plz help
