DirectX error right after walking out of first elevator

I've read a bunch of posts in various forums that have fixed this problem for some people but not for me.

I just downloaded and installed the game pass version of Dead Space 2023 and thought to give it a try.

I have a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and an RTX 4070 Ti with 32 Gb RAM and WD Black NVME drive.

I'm using the latest game ready drivers released for Alan Wake II, which I'm also playing, so I don't intend to do any driver roll-backs.

Trying to do scary games for Halloween, disappointed.

Is there any real fix for this problem?
