EA Play Pro - "We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate Dead Space..."

i just downloaded the game from a playpro account. when i attempt to launch i get this prompt: We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate Dead Space EA Play Pro Edition on this computer using...

    The issue that was causing this error should be fixed now. Please try launching the game once more when you've got the chance.

Ok, I found some solution on Internet - I used VPN to start my downloading. Then I disabled VPN, and it continues to download.

Where did you get the VPN?

    @ESBravo33 I used Surfshark, I have paid account. There are several free VPNs, like Windscribe, that might help.
