EA Staff (Retired)Hi @Everok1 Can we try a few things and check if you can download Dead Space or another game on the EA Play List?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Thank you for responding, but I'm sad to say that none of these seemed to work. I've noticed that I can't download EA Play Pro games that are not in my library, but since I tried the trial of Wild Hearts through Gamepass first I can download that one. I can also download normal games I have in my library.
- EA_Illium@Everok1 To confirm any game that is on EA play that you don't own does this?
I have the same problem and only happen at DEAD SPACE. Any other game can be download successfully
