EA Play Pro Dead Space Remake Download Issue

Purchased a month of EA play pro to play Dead Space Remake and all the EA Play Pro games I try to download get stuck on "Preparing". Already tried to delete cache and reinstalling EA desktop app. Any...

    I don't know if i figured it out, but at last, after having cleared shaders many times and even uninstalling EA app a few times, the download finished. My best advice is to try these three thing. 1. Locating the game file under EA games folder. 2. Uninstall and reinstall EA app 3. Clearing shaders in Help - app recovery. Also, i was not able to download it being connected to a LAN cable, only wifi. Again, might not work.
